I just ran across your post as I am having the same problem. However, my feed is from blogger and so your fix doesn’t work. Any ideas on what I can do as feedburner is not helpful.

Wow – I’ve been searching for this answer for days, and the latest feedburner discussion group shows that they aren’t really paying attention as many people have asked similar questions and they weren’t even answered.
